Freeman has showcased nothing short of excellence during his senior summer, including a fortuitous campaign with H&H Elite and a stop at Team Griffin’s closed session. There is little Freeman can’t do with the ball in his hands, from playing above the rim to hitting shots from long-range. Freeman also has great hand-work and vision for the floor, tools he uses primarily to make plays for fellow posts or shooters in the corners.
No. 12 — Jake Gendron Jake Gendron 6'5" | SF Bishop Kelley | 2021 State OK | Bishop Kelley SF
A powerful player with a sharpshooter’s mentality, Gendron’s complete game has led to success on the floor, while his recruiting has followed. He has always had a great shot with consistent technique, however, he put his game to the test during the summer with newfound confidence and elevation from the handle, allowing him to force the choice on defenders and ultimately freeing him on the arch more frequently.
No. 13 — Jackson Skipper | Sapulpa PF
Skipper passes the eye test — his 6-foot-7-inch, lanky but mobile frame translates directly into what he is able to accomplish on the court. Skipper succeeds both on the wing or in the post thanks to a mesh of mid-range and interior scoring moves with the perpetual threat to knock down shots from the arch.
No. 14 — Jeff Nwankwo Jeff Nwankwo 6'5" | PF Putnam City North | 2021 State OK | Putnam City North SF
One of the most touted interior prospects in the state, Nwankwo can handle all of the responsibilities of a contributing forward with the takeover mentality of a primary scorer. He plays very instinctively with intuitive ball maneuvers and finishing capabilities near the rack, though he also does not shy away from taking confident shots from the wings. Nwankwo also stands out defensively among the crowd as a multi-talented rim protector and lock-down.
No. 15 — PJ Johnson PJ Johnson 6'1" | CG Casady | 2021 State OK | Casady CG
Johnson has elevated his game to new heights, and it deserves some recognition. With the ball at the perimeter, Johnson can take many of the top defenders in the state to the rack as he has proved time-after-time, while his lightning-quick release creates a nightmare scenario for those defenders. His speed, foot-work and vision for the floor culminate into one of the best offensive packages in the state.
