Sam Bradbury Sam Bradbury 6'8" | C Mattoon | 2022 State IL (Champaign Heat)
Wide bodied five man at 6’8” that is a space eater on the interior. Offensively he is at his best when he backs his way in over powering in one on one coverage on the block. Finishes through contact and can seal his man off. Area rebounder that needs to improve his free throw shooting.
Jimmy Nixon Jimmy Nixon 6'3" | PG Urbana | 2022 State IL (Champaign Heat)
Nixon is a 6’3” point guard that has a good feel for the game. Pushes in transition and can really distribute the ball. Like his overall passing feel especially in transition finding teammates including outstanding outlets. As a scorer he did most of his damage scoring at the rim.
Gabe Madej Gabe Madej 6'5" | SF Fenwick | 2022 State IL (Illinois Jaguars/Young & Reckless)
Madej is a strong bodied 6’5” combo forward that can really shoot it from beyond the arc. He drilled an array of spot up threes throughout the PHC events he participated in. The Fenwick forward is a solid rebounder and mixes in some junk points in addition to his shooting.
Xavier Lewis Xavier Lewis 6'7" | PF Tf South | 2022 State IL (Young & Reckless)
Trending toward being more of a four than a three man at the next level. Fits that new age position perfectly with his length and high end athleticism. Finished in the pick/roll, put it on the deck multiple times for dunks, and caught lobs. Quick to the offensive glass. Defensively he uses his long arms both laterally and vertically.
Damari Wheeler-Thomas Damari Wheeler-Thomas 6'0" | PG Larkin | 2022 State IL (Young & Reckless)
The Larkin point guard is quick and shifty with the rock in his hands. He changes gears and directions in a split second. Speed with the rock in the open floor. Sound perimeter jump shooter. Active hands on the defensive end creating turnovers.
Kolby Gilles Kolby Gilles 6'7" | PF St Ignatius | 2022 State IL (RISE)
Gilles is an undersized 6’5” four man that has a very strong body which makes up for his lack of ideal height. He used his motor and physicality to dominate at times. The St. Ignatius post had a nice combination of power and spin moves inside to score. Ran the floor hard for transition buckets. High-motor player.
Marcellius Cohen Marcellius Cohen 6'8" | C De La Salle | 2022 State IL (RISE)
The De La Salle 6’8” center was a force on the glass. High pointed rebounds over and over again in traffic. Controlled the defensive glass and got second chance points on the other end. Rim ran in transition for points and converted quick passes in the paint. Shot blocking presence defensively.
