Ziare Hayes 6’2″ G | Manvel HS
Zaire had a good summer playing with Cooz Elite and was really solid at camps as well. This is a prospect that college coaches need to get on their radar today. He can be utilized as a combo guard on whatever level he lands. High IQ prospect that can get his teammates involved and can create for himself. He is a tough on-ball defender and gets after the 50/50 balls as well. This prospect can break into the next updated rankings as he should have a really good senior campaign for an already loaded high school squad.
Braylon Haynes Braylon Haynes 6'3" | 180 lbs | PG Cypress Creek | 2021 TX 6’3″ WG | Cypress Creek HS
Braylon had a really big summer and made the right decision as far as the team that he ran with. It allowed him to showcase his skill set and that kind of confidence helps boosts a prospect’s play. He was already a defensive general on the court and can guard multiple positions. He doesn’t just challenge shots, but he is a big-time dunk blocker. His outside game has improved greatly as well and he scores off the bounce and getting downhill. Coaches lock in on this prospect.
Tyler Jackson 6’5″ SF | Nederland HS
Tyler continues to be one of the most consistent prospects in the state of Texas. He doesn’t look like he can bang down low but he is tough on both the low post and high post as well as a great rebounder. He can score the ball from the perimeter also. Has a good handle on the ball. Plays with a great motor. He should lead his high school squad in scoring again and averaged a double-double last season. Whoever gets this prospect and puts some muscle weight on him he will be a great player on the next level.
Mehki McIntyre 6’2″ G | Fort Bend Travis HS
This prospect plays a bit laid back style of play that reminds me of a Paul Pierce tempo. Don’t be fooled by his on-court demeanor and style because he has blow-by speed and can create for himself off the dribble. He is also a good on-ball defender with great lateral movement. He scores in flurries and once he gets going it’s hard to cool him down. He has a good motor and a great overall skill set. Coaches are starting to take notices and he is a prospect to watch this season.
Christian Ashby Christian Ashby 6'2" | SG Humble Atascocita | 2021 State TX 6’3″ SG | Atascocita HS
This prospect is a corner specialist. Never give this prospect to much space or a clean look at the rim when he’s on the perimeter. He is a dead-eye shooter. He has a good elevation on his jumper with a super quick release. Solid on-ball defender. Has a good IQ on both sides of the ball. Coaches if you looking for a shooter who can be utilized on the move, look no further.
