I know everyone was watching for the main guys, but I was looking to see who else stood out through all this frenzy on Friday.
Geronimo Hoyos 6’7″ F | Cypress Lakes [Houston Defenders] 2021
Knocking down high post jumpers, and also can create for himself from the high post position. He gets to the basket and was finishing despite the opponent’s size. He was talkative in the defensive end of the court as well. Rebounded the ball well also on the game. Coaches looking for a PF that can stretch out the floor look no further.
Brandon Love 6’9″ PF | Fort Bend Bush [Houston Defenders] 2021
Guarding smaller guards with quick active hands getting steals. Has a solid handle on the ball as he was pushing it in transition. Super active on the glass as well. Rim runs and threw down a couple of two-handed jams. He has been a hot commodity for the D1 Low-Major schools as he is raking in the offers.
Mehki Collins 6’7″ F | Faith Family [Dallas Showtyme] 2021
Super active on the court for his squad. Plays above the rim on almost every single play. Very solid in the short corner and low block. He was rim running and even pinned a couple of lays against the backboard. Really good motor and gets after it on the court. He can play at the next level coaches get him on your radar.
Brady Dunlap 6’7″ SG | Hart High School/California [D1 Basketball] 2023
Shooter with a great feel for the game has really good patience with the rock in his hands. He picks his spots and gets to them knowing that he’s going to knock down the jumper. He has great elevation on his jumper with a great arc on his shot as well. He is also a solid on-ball defender with good length. He is a prospect that coaches need to get familiar with ASAP.

Drew was on one showing that he’s a top prospect in the state. He has a good scoring package and knows how to get his shot off really well as he reads his opponent on how he is being guarded. Has more elevation on his jumper and had some tough finishes around the rim. Acrobatic finishes as well. He scored the ball on all levels and was very talkative on the court. His recruitment is looking really good right now don’t be late to the party.

He’s on Fire! Once he gets to cooking it’s tough to put him out. He was able to score off of catch and shoot screens, one or two dribble pull-ups while being guarded, or taking his man to the rim. The majority of his shots touched nothing but the bottom of the net. His recruitment is really starting to pick up. Coaches join in on the party as many are right now.
