Brayden Wampler-Foust 6’4 Missouri Basketball Club (St Charles West ‘21): A very smooth wing player with good size who plays the game at his own pace and does it very effectively. He has excellent shooting range off the catch and he moves well without the basketball. He can lull defenders to sleep off the dribble and get by him on his way to the basket for layups and floaters. His ball handling and passing skills are also good enough to facilitate offense.
Nick Roper Nick Roper 6'7" | SF Micds | 2021 State MO 6’7 Gateway Basketball Club 17U (MICDS ‘21): A very solid wing player with good size and versatility. He’s an excellent 3-point shooter off the catch. He did a nice job of blending in his skills within a talented Gateway team. He’s moves well without the ball and kept himself in the right position on defense with his size and length. He also has a very effective mid-range jumper and he can also finish at the rim.
Devin Carroll Devin Carroll 6'3" | SG Fair Grove | 2022 State MO 6’2 Midwest Flight 16U (Pictured) (Nixa ‘22): The smooth point guard played well with his 16U team and saw some run with the 17Us as well. His court vision and passing skills are very good and he is a very tough cover with his deep shooting range and ability to slink into the lane with his creative handles.
Henry Shannon 6’6 Griffin Elite (Pattonville ‘21): I was able to get another look at this talented transfer from Minnesota and was very impressed again. He is a matchup problem because he was just as comfortable posting up and scoring on a drop step as he was knocking down a floor-stretching 3-pointer. He also swooped in for a number of blocked shots.
Kortez Stevenson Kortez Stevenson 6'7" | PF Center | 2022 State MO 6’6 Team KC-Derrick 16U (Center ‘22): A big-bodied 2022 power forward from Center who was one of the most impressive low-post players I watched all weekend. His game is reminiscent of Zach Randolph with his footwork, power and delicate shooting touch around the basket. He can also step outside and drain jumpers while putting the ball on the floor.
Kaden Stuckey 6’6 Mission Minded 17U (Greenwood ‘23): A rising young forward who saw plenty of varsity minutes as a freshman. He’s very mobile and active around the basket as a scorer and rebounder. He will also step out and knock down mid-range jumpers. He is the son of Missouri State University Hall of Famer Kelby Stuckey.
Isaiah Williams Isaiah Williams 6'2" | SG Lutheran North | 2021 State MO 6’2 Gateway-Knights (Lutheran North ‘21): The talented wing had a couple of impressive scoring outings during the weekend. He loves to attack from the wing, but he does have three-level scoring capability. He can score on an array of runners and short jumpers off the glass.
