We covered Minnesota live, but don’t fear Illinois teams that were in Kansas City we got you covered too! All this week we are rolling out our Film Room evaluations from the event! Here is The Finale Film Room: Illinois Bears Moore 16U!
Hayden Hoffman (Carlyle – 2022)
Hoffman had the best game we have seen him against NEBC. The 6’0” Carlyle point guard was lights out shooting the rock. Drilled four from beyond the arc off the catch. Can play some on the ball, but is most effective spotting up for threes. Had a smooth two dribble pull up as well.
Jacob Patton (Breese Mater Dei – 2022)
Patton is a 5’11” crafty point guard that is adept at getting in the lane for nifty finishes at the cup. Takes his man from the mid-range with a couple dribbles making difficult layups.
Justin King Justin King 6'4" | PG Mascoutah | 2022 State IL (Mascoutah – 2022)
King is the headliner of this group as a top 15 prospect. It wasn’t his best game, but he is still very intriguing. The 6’4” point guard has size and a smooth handle. Made a few nice passes in the drive and kick. Slick handles when he gets downhill and did manage a three. Struggled with the length on the perimeter of NEBC. Still remains one of the top guards in the 2022 class in Illinois.
Brady Moore Brady Moore 6'4" | SG Breese Central | 2022 State IL (Breese Central – 2022)
Moore is a 6’2” productive two guard that gets the most out of his ability. Solid outing for him with crafty takes off the bounce for layups and getting fouled. Tough kid mixes it up on the glass and can hit a baseline jumper.
Hayden Robinson (Nashville – 2022)
Good size for this 6’7” post who isn’t overly athletic, but did have a nice reverse layup and was a decent post defender.
Wilson Lodge (Trico – 2022)
Lodge is an undersized four man at 6’4” that rebounds very well in his area. Got his only bucket on a put back.
