Neeko Taylor Neeko Taylor 6'2" | CG South Central | 2022 State NC – 6’1 – Guard/Wing
Taylor is an impressive piece in the backcourt for Raising Young Men on both ends. He uses his athleticism well to defend and rebound the ball and plays the passing lanes well on defense. On offense, he can score it on all three levels and showed off his range from deep this past weekend, knocking down five 3-pointers at the Big Shots Charleston Southern Classic I.
Dontavious Pettaway Dontavious Pettaway 6'4" | CG Greene Central | 2022 State NC – 6’2 – Guard/Forward
Pettaway is another prospect on the roster that’s a valuable piece in the backcourt. He plays big for his size and uses it to defend multiple positions on the floor. With the ball in his hands on offense, he does well to get downhill and finish in the paint. He opened the weekend with a 22-point effort on two made 3-pointers. He’s a prospect to keep an eye on for his effort on both ends.
Rayvon Moncrieft – 5’9 – Guard
Moncrieft is a combo guard that led the way on defense when pressure situations arose. He closed out the weekend with his best performance of 13 points on three made 3-pointers, showing off his burst to the rim and ability to create on the break. He’s a floor general to watch in the 2023 class.
Cole Evans – 5’6 – Guard
Evans is a prospect that can get hot in a hurry from deep. He knocked down five 3-pointers to open the weekend for Raising Young Men, showing that when given opportunities, he’s a threat on the perimeter.
Shemar Webb – 6’2 – Forward
Webb is just getting his feet wet on the grassroots stage and as he gets acclimated with his squad, he’s one to watch in the frontcourt given his mobility and size in the paint.
Logan Dukes – 6’3 – Forward
Dukes is a stretch-forward prospect that can operate inside and out for this squad. He showed he can get to the free throw line and knock down shots on the perimeter when given opportunities. He’s a growing name on this roster.
