The Rumble Up North was the place to be in the Twin Cities basketball wise and that includes for local 17u teams.  Here are the guys that caught our eye this weekend. 

Mo Hammadehlie

Mo Hammadehlie of D1 Minnesota Prospects (6’3 SG of Rochester Mayo; 2021).  Because the D1 Minnesota Prospects were playing in one of the two divisions of the Rumble, they had a chance to play against some of the top teams at the event.  And in seeing them play against those top teams, we were once again treated to Mo Hammadehlie scoring consistently in double digits.  Hammadehlie has become a reliant scorer for this team and he’s confidently going after points each contest.  There is still work needed to be done in terms of getting to a better shot versus relying on the jumper at times, but Mo has come so far, I never thought we would be having these conversations about him. This winter he has a chance to be a 20 point per game player.
