Jake Gendron Jake Gendron 6'5" | SF Bishop Kelley | 2021 State OK 2021 (Tulsa Hawks Elite) Wing
Gendron was able to score at all three levels for the Hawks. He plays at a good pace that allows him to be able to take what the defense gives him and never get sped up. If the defense was up then he would drive to the basket, and if the defense was back then he would pull it from three. He played with a good sense of awareness when getting in the paint and got fouled often as he went up to score. Gendron has a scorers mentality and uses his jumping ability to rise above the defense when shooting the ball.
Israel Hart Israel Hart 6'3" | PG Midwest City | 2021 State OK 2021 (Next Level) Guard
The quickness of Hart allows him to get separation from the defense to get his shots off. Hart is a threat because he can shoot the ball or drive right by you to finish at the rim. His athleticism helped him when driving in to finish over bigger defenders. Hart played very aggressive but under control on the offensive end and found ways to score all weekend long. He has a high basketball IQ and is a true scorer.
Jackson Skipper 2021 (BTR) Wing/Forward
Skipper was very impressive for BTR this weekend, he was able to score the ball in multiple ways while making it look easy. He has the ability to run the floor and get transition buckets above the rim and is a very explosive player that plays very aggressive when on the offensive end. Skipper has a good handle that allowed him to drive by his defenders, and he also was able to knock down some shots from beyond the arc.
Massai Graham 2022 (NEBC 16u) Wing
The 6’7 forward was actively scoring all weekend long for NEBC. Graham is an explosive player that plays above the rim and makes plays for his team. His length allows him to rise above the defense to put the ball in the basket. He is a great athlete that can finish through contact and can step out and shoot it as well. Graham has a lot of potential and will be a great pickup for any team at the next level.
Tyreece Frierson Tyreece Frierson 5'10" | PG Tulsa Memorial | 2022 State OK 2022 (Drive Nation OK 16u) Guard
Frierson showed off his scoring ability this weekend, he was able to get himself into a rhythm and lock-in from beyond the arc. His tight handle on the ball allows him to get to the rim and finish in the paint. Frierson is a high volume shooter that can get his shot off with ease whether it’s off the dribble or catch and shoot. With a very impressive championship game, I believe Frierson was one of the best scorers from the weekend.
Christian Williams Christian Williams 6'2" | CG Trinity Academy Wichita | 2021 State KS PE34 Elite 2021 Point Guard
Williams can score it at all three levels on the floor. He is a high volume scorer getting to the basket or knocking in big jumpers. When his team needed him the most he elevated his level on the court. Over the weekend he showed big time leadership including game winning free-throws against a tough Team RUN squad.
