Keivon Hudson | 2022 Next Level | Wing
Keivon Hudson is a physical and aggressive player who did some of everything. He used his size to drive, finish at the basket, and box out for rebounds well. At 6’5″, he also has a solid handle and perimeter shot. While a good portion of his points came from in or around the paint, he demonstrated his deep shooting ability by hitting a game-winning three on Sunday.
Tyreece Frierson Tyreece Frierson 5'10" | PG Tulsa Memorial | 2022 State OK | 2022 Drive Nation | Guard
Frierson has impressive ball handling and quickness that can create space for himself to shoot, drive, or pass. He showed that he is comfortable shooting off the dribble and had success scoring when contested. There were several times that his effort on defense led to turnovers, and his scoring was pivotal for his team in big moments.
Gabe Seat Gabe Seat 5'11" | PG Edmond Memorial | 2022 State OK | 2022 Team Buddy Buckets | Guard
Gabe Seat Gabe Seat 5'11" | PG Edmond Memorial | 2022 State OK showed confidence in his shot, knocking down quite a few from behind the three-point line. Even when he seemed to not be shooting particularly well, Seat still drew attention from the defense and used this as an opportunity to create for his teammates. He showed awareness of when to take his shots and when to make passes.
Romeo Bell | 2022 NEBC | Guard
Bell displayed playmaking ability with court vision and effective distribution of the basketball. He shot well from the mid-range even when there was a hand in his face. Romeo Bell’s ball handling and driving allowed him to frequently get to the basket for easy layups.
JV Seat JV Seat 6'3" | SF Edmond Memorial | 2022 State #250 Nation OK | 2022 Team Buddy Buckets | Forward
JV Seat JV Seat 6'3" | SF Edmond Memorial | 2022 State #250 Nation OK showed off the versatility of his game on Sunday. He used his size to score in the post, found open teammates with passing, and shot from the perimeter. He drained a three-point shot at the buzzer to win the game and send Team Buddy Buckets to the finals.
Seth Pratt Seth Pratt 6'3" | SG Memorial | 2023 State OK | 2022 Tulsa Hawks Blue | Guard
Seth Pratt Seth Pratt 6'3" | SG Memorial | 2023 State OK was able to knock down a good number of shots, especially off the catch-and-shoot in the mid-range and from behind the arc. He showed grit by always hustling for loose balls and always being there to help on defense. Pratt was a central scorer, while he also helped distribute the ball and get his teammates open looks.
