Among the the promising and talented young players in the 16U division, here are some of the top performers who stood out to me this Saturday at the Oklahoma State Tournament hosted by Prep Hoops.

Reid LovelaceReidLovelace5'11" | PGCrossings Christian | 2022StateOK was essential to his team’s success throughout the day. His exceptional ball handling allowed him to create space, and he displayed great court vision and passing by finding open teammates at the right times. His effective communication on both sides of the ball seemed to help his team stay involved and working together. In addition to being able to score both inside off the dribble and at the perimeter, Lovelace has a high basketball I.Q. and creative passing ability. 

Michal WoolridgeMichalWoolridge6'8" | CenterBethany | 2022OK | 2022 Team Buddy Buckets | Center

Woolridge used his height and build to get rebounds and score in the paint. At his size, he has good hand eye coordination and is able to follow the ball off of the rim well. His defense and rebounding combined with his scoring makes him a very effective center.

Massai Graham | 2022 NEBC | Forward

At 6’7", Graham utilized
