Ryan Boysen Ryan Boysen 5'11" | PG Rockford | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Heat PB&J (6’1 PG of Rockford; 2021). Ryan is such a steady player. Game by game his stroke, his steady ball handling produce. Coming off a good winter, played very well in the Heat win we saw. and Ryan has that steady quality that should lead Rockford to a good winter. I think he would be a great talent for a top UMAC squad or several of the MIAC programs.
Ryan Dufault Ryan Dufault 5'11" | PG Waseca | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Heat Tauer (6’0 PG of Waseca; 2021). I’ll keep it short because Ryan is like Chipotle, good every time no matter what you try and do with it. Had another 16 points versus D1 Minnesota supplying key makes and a handful of assists. The Mr. Consistent guard you will see this summer in this state.
Cole Glasgow of D1 Minnesota (6’2 SG of Iowa; 2022). I feel like Cole is on the verge of a massive explosion. Each time I see this young man he handles creating for others (5 assists vs JH1), he uses that explosive agility to rebound as well as any guard, and shoots it well. Watched him grabbed eight boards against a very good team. Consistently scoring all summer with both teams he’s played on.
Ryan Harvey Ryan Harvey 6'3" | SG Wayzata | 2022 State MN of Minnesota Heat MacDonald (6’4 SF of Wayzata; 2022). Ryan Harvey Ryan Harvey 6'3" | SG Wayzata | 2022 State MN exploded this weekend! He had 32 in a win over the Phenom. Facing a good PGC team from Wisconsin, Ryan scored another 20 plus against some of the best in their state. And most importantly, this is how Ryan has been point producing the last handful of weekends that he has played. Wayzata may have yet another potential big point producer next year.
Camden Holter Camden Holter 6'3" | SG Minneapolis Southwest | 2022 State MN of Minnesota Fury Narum (6’4 SF of Minneapolis Southwest; 2022). Holter was raw this winter, but used his agility and effort to be a very productive player. The skill was flashed along with the physical ability to produce for Southwest. What we have seen in games this summer is that Holter has taken a big step skill wise. Holter is shooting better, handling with more comfort, passing the basketball and moving with purpose. Should take a big step into his junior year.
Avery Mast Avery Mast 6'5" | PF Lakeville South | 2022 State MN of Minnesota Fury Wilde (6’5 SF of Lakeville South; 2022). Avery Mast Avery Mast 6'5" | PF Lakeville South | 2022 State MN has become so assertive within the Fury possession by possession attack. He is mixing in scoring chances within the framework and then creating his own offense going at opposing team’s power forwards that don’t have the right combination of skill and size to contest him. Mast is such a consistent producer and he’s a high percentage finisher
Elijah Morris Elijah Morris 6'2" | SG Perham | 2021 State MN of West Central United (6’2 SG of Perham; 2021). Morris is one of those players that if you don’t defend him right he will make your day miserable. And the Prospects were not able to continually locate him and Elijah made them pay: first with a late game three as Morris moved into space ahead of his man to catch and hit, and second his man didn’t get back on defense to stop him so Elijah put the game away with a full court push for two. In that 40% club at the arc that only a few players in the state are members of.
Reid Patterson Reid Patterson 6'2" | SG Lakeville South | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Select Ohnstad (6’2 SG of Lakeville South; 2021). Unsure if Reid is big enough to hit shots for your college team at the wing? Reid continually provides examples against good teams that he can hit shots against anybody, including Playground Warriors out of Wisconsin and the second Fury squad. Watched him twice this weekend, Reid hit four threes in both games despite a taller wing trying to defend him. In a battle to be the top shooting guard prospect in the state’s 2021 class.
Amir Whitlock Amir Whitlock 6'3" | PG Golden State Prep | 2021 State MN of Gain Elite (6’2 PG of Golden State Prep; 2020/2021). This was a very strong weekend for the DeLaSalle lead guard prospect headed out west for prep school. His smooth finish playing next to Lu’Cye Patterson led to double figure scores all weekend. Between the quick attack in transition or the smart attack in the halfcourt getting rim-side, Amir was high percentage all weekend.
