Down below will be their names and anticipated high schools as freshman next year. Keep an eye on these boys as their potential is sky high.
1. Brayden Thorne- 6’1 PG(Ocean Lakes)
Notes: Thorne was an elite shooter at the scrimmage, netting 6+ 3s total for the game. Thorne also had multiple steals and assists, doing his best to direct his team as a true floor general. Thorne is already a very strong guard, able to get physical with no issue. Thorne showed he is also capable of grabbing boards and guarding bigs on switches.
2. Zekhi Darden- 6’5 F(Kings Fork)
Notes: Star. Power. Darden has all the tools to be a future star for the Kings Fork program. Darden had well over 20 points as he had multiple dunks, 3s and turnaround jumpers. Dardens length and athleticism allows him to guard every position on the court. Darden had nearly 10 blocks and was comfortable bringing the ball up. As he grows and matures, watch out.
3. Nyshon Claude- 6’1 CG(Kings Fork)
Notes: Not many guards are as physically imposing as Claude. The 6’1 combo guard was a menace on the court, blasting through screens and using his quick hands to poke out steals. Claude is shifty, breaking down individual defenders before finishing at the cup. Claude is probably the most daunting matchup on the team with his physical tools and skill.
4. Razi Walters- 5’10 PG(Kings Fork)
Notes: Plays like a traditional pass first point guard. The lefty guard has a terrific crossover that he uses to help get in the lane. Waters excels at driving then hitting open shooters on the outside. The young guard finished with over 5 assists in the scrimmage, showing just how much damage a playmaker can do.
