<p>Shooting is the great equalizer in basketball as it helps team with a size disadvantage. The modern game is all about shooting and floor spacing, so players with the ability to knock down shots from behind the arc is needed now more than ever. The [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] Scrimmages had a bunch of shooters capable of knocking down perimeter shots. Here are the top shooters from Volume 4 of the [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] Scrimmages.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="901991" first="Dante" last="Weise"], 6'1 PG [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] 16U (Allentown) 2022</strong></p>
<p>Weise had a standout performance for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] 16U team as he was knocking down jumpers in both games. The 6'1 guard did not need a lot of space to get his shot off and has a nice shooting form. Weise was making shots off the dribble and off the catch. He plays well off of <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="901990" first="Ryan" last="Curry"] </strong>and is also capable of running the offense. Weise is a skilled shooter who should continue to knock down shoots for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] 16U team.</p>
<p><strong>Uriah Logan, 6'0 PG NY Jayhawks Select (Canterbury Prep (CT)) 2021</strong></p>
<p>Logan single-handedly kept the Jayhawks Select in the first game with his shooting.The 6'0 guard was almost automatic as he rarely missed when given a look from behind the arc. Logan has a quick release on his shot and does not need a lot of space to get his jumper off. He can shoot off the dribble and knows how to create space for himself off the ball. Logan's ability to get hot from behind the arc is something the NY Jayhawks Select team needs going forward.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1012958" first="Keith" last="Palek"] III, 6'7 SF Olympus (St. Augustine) 2021</strong></p>
<p>Palek III needed to have a strong performance for Olympus with <strong>Matt Delaney</strong> missing and he delivered. The 6'7 lefty has a nice release on his stroke and shoots the ball with confidence. Palek III sets his feet before he shoots and uses his size to shoot over smaller defenders. He moves well off the ball and also has a nice mid-range game. Palek III is a talented wing who helps stretch the floor for the Olympus team.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1016678" first="John" last="Celli"], 6'0 PG NJ Beasts 16U (Tenafly) 2022</strong></p>
<p>Celli is a knockdown shooter and it was on full display on the scrimmages. The 6'0 guard has a sweet stroke and does not need a lot of space to get his shot off. Celli was almost automatic from behind the arc at the scrimmages when given space to shoot. He moves extremely well off the ball and sets his feet before he shoots the ball. Celli's ability to bury triples is huge for the NJ Beasts 16U team.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="900376" first="Mike" last="White"], 6'2 SG [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] Select (CBA) 2021</strong></p>
<p>White was on fire from behind the arc as he helped the [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] Select team go 2-0 on the day. The 6'2 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and shot the ball with confidence at the scrimmages. White does not need a lot of space to get his jumper off and showed his ability to shoot in transition. He knows how to move off the ball and sets his feet before he shoots. White's ability to knock down triples is key for stretching the floor for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078569' first='Jersey' last='Force'] Select team.</p>
