The summer is coming to a close with September being less than 10 days away. Prospects are trying to end their summers on a high note as the school year are starting up. The Jersey Force Scrimmages have been a great way for players to get exposure and face off against good competition. Here are the top stock risers from Volume 3, Day 2 of the Jersey Force Scrimmages.

Barlow has had a strong summer and continued that with his play at the Scrimmages. The athletic 6’7 wing attacked the basket hard and was unafraid of drawing contact. Barlow showed off his ability to play off the dribble and played well within the flow of the offense. He fought for rebounds on the offensive glass and played solid defense. Barlow is a talented wing prospect whose name should continue to rise with more performances like that.
