Favour Aire Favour Aire 6'10" | C Bishop McNamara | 2022 State #86 Nation MD | New World/Bishop McNamara (MD) ’22
Aire is effective as an interior scorer not only as a lob threat but also with his back to the basket. He has a go-to jump hook that is impossible to defend 1-on-1.
Sam Ayomide | Team Durant/Phelps (PA) ’21
Ayomide’s combination of sheer size and coordination make him a handful for opponents who challenge him around the rim. He runs the floor with purpose and is a vacuum around the basket who scores efficiently in the paint.
Anthony Davenport | District Basketball Club/St. John’s (DC) ’23
Davenport has tremendous hands and a soft touch that is ideal for a developmental big. Right now he is best when catching and finishing, but he will only improve as his skills expand.
Nick Evans | District Basketball Club/Gonzaga (DC) ’22
Evans is far from a finished product but is showing positive early signs. He is a patient, crafty finisher who plays above the rim.
Cole Grubbs | Team Richmond/James River (VA) ’21
Grubbs is a robustly-built southpaw who earns his bread and butter on the low block. He’s the type of player who can produce with minimal touches and jump hook is lovely.
Amani Hansberry Amani Hansberry 6'7" | C Mount St. Joseph | 2023 State #52 Nation MD | Team Durant/St. John’s (DC) ’23
Hansberry is a walking double-double who can score from anywhere on the floor but is also highly effective in the post. This is because he has a wide arsenal of go-to-moves at his disposal and he embraces contact in the paint.
Luke Smith Luke Smith 6'9" | C Collegiate | 2023 State VA | Team Richmond/Collegiate (VA) ’23
Smith is a skilled big who can operate as the hub of an offense. More often than not he commands a double team on the low block and usually makes the correct play.
