A few of the players that will be in attendance!
Cape Fear HS 2022 Wing RJ McDonald: Was one of the sleeper prospects in the area last year, he can score the ball in multiple ways and is only scratching the surface of how good he can be. Look for him to have an outstanding showing during this event and a big time season next season.
St. Pauls HS 2022 Guard Jeyvian Tatum Jeyvian Tatum 6'3" | CG St Paul's | 2022 State NC : An All-District level performer last season, he is another player who we feel can have an outstanding showing. He’s a strong guard that attacks the paint and embraces contact very well but can also score the ball from midrange and deep.
Cape Fear Christian 2024 Guard Darris Simmons: We got the chance to see him play very well at the middle school FAB 40 Camp, getting just about wherever he wanted when he wanted. It will be interesting to see him in a setting against players that are older than he is but don’t be surprised to still see him play well.
Liberty Christian 2021 Guard Luke Edwards: This will be a big opportunity for him to prove that he can hold his own against some good talent in the area as he plays at a non-traditional school. Last season he led his school in multiple areas stats wise and showed some flashes of how good he can be.
EE Smith HS 2021 Guard Demetrius Polk: Prior to last season we saw him take on more of a scoring role but recently he has been showing his ability to facilitate. As one of the older players in the event, look for him to take on a leadership role and control the game on both ends.
