There was talent from all levels on display at Big Shots Charleston Summer Classic II. Here's a look at the superlatives from the 16U division.

Outstanding Player: Treyvon ByrdTreyvonByrd6'5" | SFBull City Prep | 2022NC, Team HoopState

Byrd was an impressive standout on both ends of the floor for Team HoopState, flying around for dunks & blocks en route to the 16U Gold crown. He's developed as more than just a jumpshooter and attacks the rim with purpose consistently. Given his size at 6-foot-7, he's a versatile prospect to look out for with a ton of potential. He holds an offer already from South Carolina State.

Pure Scorer: Rival Axselle, Team Richmond-Select

Axselle was a standout on Team Richmond-Select given his ability to move without the ball to find points. He was backdoor cutting, he was running to the rim, no matter what, when his team was on offense, he was looking to make a play and score the basketball. He finished averaging 13.5 ppg and with 51 total points on the weekend, showing off his ability to create using his 6-foot-3 height.
