The next series of articles will cover 25 of the 2021s I have my eye on for the All 757 teams. Each player will be listed as well as their current school, height, position(s), and why they are on my watchlist.
6. Myles Teal | 6’0 CG | PCS
Myles is a top 5 athletic guard in the 757 regardless of class. This strong guard has the size and physicality to play either guard spot. Teal excels at slashing and creating for others. Do not be shocked if Teal dunks on someone next season.
7. Bobby Johnson Bobby Johnson 6'2" | SG Western Branch | 2021 State VA | 6’2 SG | Western Branch
Bobby Johnson Bobby Johnson 6'2" | SG Western Branch | 2021 State VA does not get outworked. This tough guard loves to be active on the court. If you leave Johnson open, he can consistently drill the long ball. Johnson will hustle his way to this award next season.
8. Jayson Harris Jayson Harris 6'6" | PF Menchville | 2021 State VA | 6’7 F/C | Menchville
Jayson Harris Jayson Harris 6'6" | PF Menchville | 2021 State VA is a strong, physical presence in the paint. Harris plays for Boo and recently did very well for them. Harris does the little things for his team like diving for loose balls or scrapping for boards. Harris is too good of a classic big man not to attract attention.
9. Bryson Spell Bryson Spell 6'7" | PF Cape Henry | 2021 State VA | 6’10 F | Cape Henry
Bryson Spell Bryson Spell 6'7" | PF Cape Henry | 2021 State VA will be hard to stop next season. The 6’10 big has a soft stroke from deep. Spell can easily hit 3+ three point bombs a game if left open. Spell will use his shooting, size and shot blocking to make the list.
10. Allan Strothers | 6’2 PG | Menchville
Strothers is the teammate of Harris and is one of the best lead guards in the area. Strothers has the prototype build for the point guard position. Strothers uses his size and agility to consistently get to the rim. With his defense and playmaking, Strothers should be in the running for MVP.
