Tim Fuller Jr., Great Crossing – The son of a former high major D1 assistant coach, Fuller has a ton of upside and a chance to be great. He’s tall and long with good athleticism and developing skills. Fuller didn’t get much varsity time until late in the season but he did make an impact once he got on the floor. There were stretches of freshmen and JV games where he was dominant and is definitely one of the top Sophomores in the 11th region moving forward.
Tylon Webb Tylon Webb 6'3" | CG Frederick Douglass | 2023 State KY , Frederick Douglass – This one is based more on recommendation than production. Part of the rankings process is reaching out and having dialogues with high school and AAU coaches and Webb’s name was referred to us by both AAU and high school coaches and opposing coaches. Recently departed Douglass coach Kurt Young thinks Webb can be really good and said he should have played Tylon more on varsity as a Freshman.
Hayden Llewellyn Hayden Llewellyn 6'2" | CG Corbin | 2023 State KY , Corbin – Recently returning to Kentucky after a stint in Jellico, Tennessee, Hayden will be a top 2023 in the state if his production in Tennessee is any indicator. A scoring guard and a good athlete, expect Lleweyen is going to have a high usage rate as he’ll be leaned on a lot for the Hounds over the next 3 seasons.

Kyran Tilley Kyran Tilley 6'1" | PG Evangel Christian | 2024 State KY , Male – When we first did 2023 rankings, we ranked 2 Male Bulldogs but didn’t rank Tilley. That will change in our next update. Kyran has grown and started to fill out a little. He doesn’t look like the short, skinny point guard he was last summer. His skill level is high and he’ll be brought along slowly at Male as he’s not going to have to carry a huge burden for the 7th region Champions and can be more facilitator than scorer.
