Anthony Ferguson 6’5″ SG | Cypress Park HS [Cypress, TX] 2021 – Houston Raptors Benjamin
A.J. is playing with aggression. We didn’t see it last season. Attacking downhill getting to the rim and finishing at a much higher rate through contact and over bigger defenders. He has always been a big shot maker from behind the arc and he is now refining his game as a more all-around player with bounce. His stock is definitely on the rise.
Sam Bradford 6’5″ WG | Goose Creek Memorial HS [Baytown, TX] 2022 – Houston TTG
Sam continues to impress scouts/media personnel in the big games. He shows up in the smaller games as well, but the big games just add a bit of extra oomph to his stock. He is a downhill wing who continues to develop his game. Streaky outside shooter but solid with the ball in his hands as a point forward and gets to the rim with ease.
Sean Elkinton Sean Elkinton 6'7" | PF Crosby | 2022 State TX 6’7″ PF | Crosby HS [Crosby, TX] 2022 – Houston TTG
Sean is a bit of a traditional meets modern post/stretch player. Has the ability to stretch the floor because he can knock down outside jumpers at a decent percentage. Plays with his back to the basket really well and has a soft touch on his baby hook. Rebounds the ball keeps it locked high and gets it out on the outlet quickly.
Darius Sherman 6’2″ G | Wagner HS [San Antonio, TX] 2021 – ProSkills San Antonio
Darius showed his bounce in several games this weekend. He also was able to knock down some trey balls and has a really solid handle on the ball. He has good vision with a great motor. Uses his athleticism on the defensive end of the ball to get steals and blocks.
JaQuan Ivory 6’7″ PF | Manvel HS [Manvel, TX] 2021 – D1 Houston
JaQuan is a force in the paint defensively. Every game he pins two layups against the backboard that is so loud you would think someone is shooting a gun as a spectator described it. The offensive game needs polishing but timing and strength were unmatched. Snatched up a lot of rebounds as well. A force in the middle defensively and defense brings about big game wins.
