Reed Sheppard Reed Sheppard 6'3" | PG North Laurel | 2023 State #22 Nation KY , North Laurel – Likely to ascend to the top spot in our 2023 rankings whenever we update them, Sheppard just got his first D1 offer last week (from Stetson) after having a strong weekend with Indy Heat. His name has become more popular thanks to a couple of nearly identical poster dunks last weekend and they went viral.

Sosthene Kamba, Eastern – After not playing varsity for Ballard last year, Kamba has transferred to Eastern. His AAU coach tells us that Sos has offers from Mississippi State and Georgia already. Kamba is basically an unknown at this point but he has had some highlight plays this AAU season, including a poster dunk on some poor kid in St Louis.
