Emondrek Ford Emondrek Ford 6'8" | PF Bloom | 2022 State IL 6’8 Bloom
Ford showed he is ready to fill the void in the middle for Bloom. The big man did a good job on the defensive side changing shots and being aggressive on the boards. Offensively he’s 15 feet and in with some upside in the post area. He has some big shoes to fill and PHI will be ready to see if Emondrek is ready to take the next steps to be the next standout big man from Chicago Heights.
Jamil Wilson

6'7" | PF
De La Salle | 2022
State
IL
6’8 De La Salle
Jamil had a very solid day on the court not do anything outside of his skillset. Wilson showed good hands around the rim trying to score with his off hand often during the game which is something he must be working on during this off season. Jamil is a physical rebounder who does a good job at keeping the ball alive on the offensive end. Can improve his shot some more but he’s throwback big man. A very intriguing prospect going forward.
Kam Craft Kam Craft 6'5" | SF TSF | 2022 State #54 Nation GA 6’6 Buffalo Grove
Best shooter in the gym. Beat defenders with hard drives to rim and crafty finishes around defenders. Kam has definitely becoming more athletic since the season and will be a highly recruited the next 2 years.
Robbie Avila Robbie Avila 6'9" | PF Oak Forest | 2022 State #225 Nation IL 6’9 Oak Forrest
Robbie was very consistent as usual. Big man with a good feel of the game doesn’t come around very often. Avila did most of his work from top of the key bringing opposing big men out of their comfort zone and driving around them with nice finishes at the rim. Robbie is another player who should get major attention from schools across the country.
Marcellius Cohen Marcellius Cohen 6'8" | C De La Salle | 2022 State IL 6’8 De La Salle
Cohen is another big who has some upside to his game. He is able to get rebounds on the defensive end and push it in transition making sound decisions to finish plays. Still needs to add some strength but can be a versatile weapon on both ends when he’s locked in. Marcellus has good hands to finish around the rim and he is improving on his jumper. Already holding offers from D1s he is one to keep an eye on.
Bryce Coleman Bryce Coleman 6'6" | SF Proviso East | 2023 State IL 6’7 St. Joseph
Bryce was an impact freshman a season ago at St. Joe’s. He uses his body well when in the post. And while able to play with his back to rim Coleman is very effective out on the wing too. Most times he created matchup problems for guys. Bryce can tweak his shot a little bit more to be more consistent and tighten the handle up when attacking the rim. With 3 years left he has a skillset that is sure to project him to double digit offers.
Malik Jenkins 6’5 Hyde Park
Malik is a hard working player who played with a continuous motor. There wasn’t a time on the court when you can say he took a play off. He is a tweener wing player who can play around the rim and the three point line. Malik has a good handle and showed some pretty good athletic moves to the rim. He knocked down a few shots from deep as well. Jenkins will look to have a big role for Hyde Park next season.
Malaun Grayer 6’5 Kenwood
Malaun looked great in workouts session of the day. Smooth jumper and handle that any coach would see and know the kid has game. Grayer showed flashes during 5 on 5 play but needs to be consistent. If the way he looked in workouts translates over to gameplay the sky is the limit for this kid. D1s will be all over him.
Xavier Lewis Xavier Lewis 6'7" | PF Tf South | 2022 State IL 6’6 TF South
Xavier has definitely improved his game from the season before. He was very involved during the games. Blocking shots, getting steals in the open court, and finishing around the rim on the offensive side. Lewis is bouncy four man that can very well play three at some point. Very impressive mid major plus looks for sure.
Danny Wolf Danny Wolf 6'9" | PF Northfield Mount Hermon | 2022 #137 Nation IL 6’10 Lake Forrest
The big fella was the most intriguing prospect in the building even without have the best showing. Danny showed the ability to shoot from three and handle the ball like a guard while standing at 6’10 in the drills. During the games he didn’t finish most shots, but you can clearly see flashes that would have high majors chomping at the bit to recruit this kid. Good size and body for a kid going into his junior year and to add that he can handle and pass the ball well for a player his height and build is impressive. I’m positive he will land many offers before he gets to his senior season.
Gabe Madej Gabe Madej 6'5" | SF Fenwick | 2022 State IL 6’6 Fenwick
Gabe is a highly skilled big man who also has good upside. Plays well around the rim showed really good footwork and feel with his back to the basket. Not afraid to step out above the arc. Madej was more comfortable in the thick of the things around the rim. Can be a great three option for Fenwick next season.
Timaris Brown Timaris Brown 6'6" | PF St. Patrick | 2022 State IL 6’5 St.Pats
Brown is a pick and pop 4 man all the way. He made several shots from deep and the mid-range. He created some matchup issues in the games with his nonstop movement and knack to relocate to areas on the court at the right time to score either inside or out. A pretty good athlete who can put the ball on the floor if needed. When Timaris adds another inch or two I can see double digit offers in his future.
Lance Rodgers Lance Rodgers 6'7" | PF Simeon | 2022 State IL 6’6 Simeon
Lance is another throwback big man who just understands his role on the court. Crashes the rim hard and has good hands around cup. Rodgers wasn’t seen calling for the ball at the three point line. He was seen setting picks for the guards and rolling to the rim hard looking for post opportunities. Lance also did a great job being active on defense using his length to his advantage making smaller players change their shot. Would like to see how Lance improves with more playing time at Simeon the upcoming season.
Nick Martinelli Nick Martinelli 6'6" | SF Glenbrook South | 2022 State #235 Nation IL 6’6 Glenbrook South
Most consistent player from start to finish. Very active three level scorer who showed his athleticism throughout the day as well as his high level IQ during game play. Didn’t matter who was in front of him Nick made a play. Martinelli will be able to step right in and take the driver’s seat his older brother left open for him since graduating this past season from GBN. Mid Majors shouldn’t wait around.
