Kaleb finished an and-1 with machismo. His upper body strength really improved in the last six months. Kaleb put up gobs and gobs of buckets last winter, but now gets to prove he can score against college prospects regularly. He can. Watch him play a prominent role with the Bobcats all summer.

Formerly with WHBH, Pegues is now the starting point guard for the Tennessee Panthers . Pegues The block seconds into a battle with Warner Robbins All-Stars rattled the backboard. Asked after the game via Twitter DM, Pegues recalled with a chuckle. “???????????? man i just had to let him know early.” The star guard let them know again late-late in the first half with a 22′ buzzer-beater. His Panthers entered the half behind 27-26 in a sloppy, rusty contest. Pegues now stands 6-foot-3 and continues to hear from Division 1 programs. “I’ve been talking Virginia Tech, Wofford heavy and UT Chatt also. In one game today, Pegues scored 15 points and completely dominated the defense with probing, creative passes.
Dontae Stringer, Blackman
Tennessee Panthers
Still very raw, Dontae Stringer is a guy with nice potential. And yet it is frustrating to watch him drag his feet on occasion. Stringer is 6-foot-9 with hig shoulders and decently light feet/body. The one instantly redeemable skill is outside shooting. For four-five years, Stringer has been very solid knocking down face-up jumpers. Facing Warner Robbins Saturday evening, Stringer found his beautifully-soft touch and began knocking down three-pointers. With his high release point there are virtually no high school defenders getting near to challenge. It is unlikely, from his eye’s height, he can even see the hand flying at him, haha. Among his best plays of the day was a one-handed outlet pass to Kam Elder on the run. Elder finished off the fastbreak with grace.
Kam Elder, LEAD Academy
Tennessee Panthers
Volume scorer. Kam is lean, short, and incredibly effective from multiple points on the floor. Kam’s shooting touch is remarkable. He comfortably knocks down floaters, layups, outside shots, all of it. Elder can draw-and-dish a little too. Nice games Saturday.
Kam faced off against two top 100 Georgia guards ( Tre Grane Tre Grane 6'0" | CG Northside-Warner Robins | 2021 State GA , HB Morgan HB Morgan 5'9" | PG Houston County | 2021 State GA ) and handled himself well. Elder used quality body position on defense to keep them out of the lane despite their speed advantage. He showed off quick feet and great defensive court awareness.
