Mor Seck Mor Seck 7'1" | C Archbishop Riordan | 2021 State CA-N k 7’1 Center, Archbishop Riordan HS (San Francisco, CA)
Seck is the tallest prospect I can think of in NorCal, with that he brings potential and is a NorCal Division I prospect with a promising upside. There’s a process, he’s fairly athletic and his game is raw, but he still has the tools right now to effect the game on both ends of the court. Seck’s length and presence in the paint is obvious, he’s no doubt a rim protector, shot blocker, and intimidating at times, he makes you think twice before attacking his area. His offensive skill is in the developing stages, for now it’s lob city, he’ll go get it, he also has an improving jump hook that will carry him a long ways at this level. He tends to pick up unnecessary fouls at times, he plays with good intensity. He has Big 12 offers.
Ray John Spears 6’2 Guard, Sacred Heart Cathedral HS (San Francisco, CA)
Spears is the multi talented athlete who is as good on the court as he is on the football field. An athletic guard who can score in many ways. In the SHC system he could put up 30 in any given game. He has a strong body and loves the contact making his way to the basket. He gets good lift on his mid-range, his 3 is kind of streaky but he doesn’t let that stop him from playing at a high level. He’s a DI recruit in basketball and football having offers in both sports.
Jordan Aquino Jordan Aquino 5'9" | CG Lincoln SF | 2022 State CA-N 5’7 Guard Lincoln HS (San Francisco, CA)
Aquino could be the most underrated guard in NorCal, he doesn’t get enough credit for what he can do on the court, he’s arguably unstoppable with the ball in his hands. Guards under 6’0 tend to have a chip on their shoulder trying to prove they can play this game at the next level. Aquino has two full season left to showcase his skills, and talent for those who doubt. He’s a calm and consistent performer.
Giancarlo Toledo Rivera 6’1 Guard, Saint Ignatius, HS (San Francisco, CA)
Rivera is a sharpshooter who gets attention because he’ll knock down a couple of 3’s in a row because he was left unguarded. Rivera is a threat from 3, he’s dangerous when he gets to spot up in transition. He’s constantly moving without the ball, using screens to get himself open for shots. He makes the defender work. His improved ball handling and driving to the basket adds more balance to his game.
Sean Quanico 5’10 Guard, Archbishop Riordan HS (San Francisco, CA)
Quanico has been patiently awaiting his time on Riordan’s bench being used sparingly as a back up. He’s gained valuable experience going up against two Division I players in practice at Riordan. He’ll be surrounded by a good group of players that will open things up for him to get good open looks from behind the 3. He has good handles, solid passing skills, and good foot speed to add to this team.
