#1 – Gavino Ramos Gavino Ramos 6'2" | PG Antonian College Prep | 2021 State TX (6-2) – Antonian Prep
One of the top players in Texas for the 2021 class, Ramos is a gifted point guard prospect who does everything on the court at an extremely high level. During his junior year at Antonian College Preparatory, Ramos averaged 23.4 points, 4.9 assists, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.7 steals per game. Ramos does a great job running an offense and is an elite level scorer who can catch fire at any moment. Is a lethal shooter from beyond-the-arc, and can get to the basket at will where he shows tremendous body control when finishing in the paint. Has excellent court vision and is a strong and accurate passer. Earned All-District 6A-Region 3 First Team / TAPPS 6A All-State First Team / All-State Academic Team.
#2 – Ja’Sean Jackson Ja’Sean Jackson 6'1" | PG San Antonio Wagner | 2021 State TX (6-1) – Wagner
Jackson is ranked number 55 in Texas and is arguably one of the best guards in the state. He is lightning quick and a true leader on the court who averaged 12.7 points, 3.2 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.0 steals for one of the top high school teams in Texas. He is able to blow by defenders with both speed and his handles and does an excellent job at finishing at the basket. Jackson is consistently good at hitting his mid-range jumpers, while also supporting a great deep-range shot. On defense, he is a pesky on-ball defender who does a great job of creating turnovers. Earned All-District 26-5A First Team & MVP / TABC 5A All-State Team.
#3 – Kalvin Nance (5-9) – Brackenridge
A naturally gifted point guard, Nance is incredibly crafty with the ball in his hands and can flat out score as he averaged 20.7 points per game during his junior year at Brackenridge. Nance has filthy handles and does a great job of finding teammates with creative and accurate passes. Plays with great pace and can score at all three levels. Has a soft touch near the basket and can be an acrobatic finisher. Has great athletic ability and plays taller than his listed height. Earned All-District 27-5A First Team & MVP / TABC 5A-Region 4 All-Region Team.
#4 – Corey Jackson (5-10) – Roosevelt
One of the top facilitators in the San Antonio-Metroplex, Jackson put up some impressive numbers during his junior year at Roosevelt averaging 15.1 points, 5.8 assists, and 2.3 steals per game. Jackson does a great job running the offense and finding open teammates. He is constantly on the attack towards the basket and plays with an aggressive style. He is also one of the top guard defenders in the area as he does a great job of anticipating passes and creating steals/turnovers. Earned All-District 27-6A First Team.
#5 – Isaiah Washington (6-1) – Cornerstone Christian
A combo-guard who projects as a high-scoring point, Washington can score at will and has a pretty stroke. He does a terrific job of creating separation for his shot, where he is lethal from the mid-range and beyond-the-arc. Washington has a quick and high release point, giving him the ability to nail shots with defenders in his face. Is a smooth operator with the ball and shows good body control when finishing at the rim. Supports a great frame for the position and has the potential to be an elite scorer at the next level.
#6 – Isaac Orozco Isaac Orozco 5'11" | PG Sandra Day O'Connor | 2021 State TX (5-11) – O’Connor
An elite defensive playmaker and floor general for O’Connor, Orozco averaged 12.3 points, 4.8 assists, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.0 steals as a junior last season. He topped all guards in his district with 65 total steals on the season, plus drawing 13 charges across 32 games played. Orozco is a high-effort player on the court who makes his teammates around him better on the court. On offense, Orozco has excellent floor vision and delivers crisp passes. He is also a threat as a shooter from beyond-the-arc and has legit NBA range. Earned All-District 28-6A First Team.
#7 – Leander Thompson (5-11) – McArthur
Thompson balled out for the Brahmas during his junior season averaging 12.7 points, 2.1 assists, and 2.1 rebounds per game. Thompson’s highlights show a three-level scorer who has a sweet mid-range shot and finishes strong through contact at the basket. Has a quick crossover that catches defenders off-guard, giving him space to penetrate the lane. Also has a pull-up deep-range shot. Thompson is a sticky on-ball defender who shows good short-area quickness. Earned All-District 27-6A First Team.
