6’1 AJ Williams AJ Williams 6'1" | SG Oak Hill Academy | 2021 State VA | Trinity Episcopal
Known as a shot maker, William’s showed off some good lead guard skills in this game against Cape Henry. He did a good job of running his team’s offense and got his teammates involved well in certain situations. Defensively he was a factor which led to some easy fast break points for Trinity Episcopal.
6’7 Bryson Spell Bryson Spell 6'7" | PF Cape Henry | 2021 State VA | Cape Henry Collegiate
Spell was a potential breakout candidate for the summer and late in this game, he showed why. He is considered one of the best shooters in the state and has great size at 6’7 which allows him to stretch the floor nicely. One thing I have noticed is his ability to play good defense with his long arms and also has been known for some big time chase down blocks during a transition fast break for the other team.
6’7 Greg Melvin Greg Melvin 6'7" | PF Cape Henry | 2022 State VA | Cape Henry Collegiate
In the first half of this game, Melvin was the go to scorer for Cape Henry. He did a good job of using his strong body to back down defenders and score at the rim. With his size, he can also rebound the ball nicely on both ends of the floor. Fairfield recently offered the power forward.
6’1 Christian Moore Christian Moore 6'1" | CG Cape Henry | 2021 State VA | Cape Henry Collegiate
Moore put on an absolute show for Cape Henry in a losing effort. Moore plays with a good pace and is a crafty ball handler that allows him to get past defenders and finish at the rim. However, the main takeaway coming from this game of him was his ability to shoot the basketball. I had him down for making four three’s and these were all very deep.
6’1 Erik Prosise Erik Prosise 6'1" | CG Trinity Episcopal | 2021 State VA | Trinity Episcopal
Erik is a guy that I did not know that much about until I watched this film. A rising senior, Prosise is currently ranked 97th in the state of Virginia for the 2021 class. He showed he can hit open shots and also displayed that he can finish in traffic around the rim with either a floater or dump in under the basket. Prosise is definitely one of the more under the radar guards in the state of Virginia.
