The growth of grassroots basketball in Las Vegas, has seen several new programs emerge over the last few years. Perhaps no program has made as big of splash as Legacy Elite. In a little over a year "Coach" Juan has managed to put together a collection of talented young players. That talent rewarded him with a championship in the recent End of Quarantine Summer Event. In this article, PH takes a look at Legacy Elite.
