Leon Bond Leon Bond 6'5" | SF Wauwatosa East | 2022 State #62 Nation WI – 2022 – SF – JH1 Elite
Can’t wait to see Leon Bond Leon Bond 6'5" | SF Wauwatosa East | 2022 State #62 Nation WI go head-to-head with Joe Hurlburt and D1 Minnesota on Saturday. This is going to be a big test for the Wauwatosa East star, who’s pushing for the No. 1 spot in the 2022 class. An explosive athlete who impacts the game in a variety of ways, Bond is now seeing his skills catch up to his physical tools.
Jeffery Brazziel Jeffery Brazziel 6'4" | SF Martin Luther | 2022 #159 Nation AZ – 2022 -SG – Wisconsin Playground Club
Brazziel has picked up power-five scholarship offers from Auburn and Maryland. He’s also picking up interest from Butler, Iowa State, Marquette, Vanderbilt, and Wisconsin this summer. The 6-foot-5 junior is a smooth high volume scorer that gets to the rim easily and has also greatly improved his jumper to make him extremely difficult to defend.
Josiah Butler Josiah Butler 6'3" | CG Fox Valley Lutheran | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SG – Wisconsin Crusaders
Butler is in the midst of a breakout summer and we’ll see if that continues in Minnesota. A sweet-shooting guard that gets it done from all three levels, Butler doesn’t let defenders rest with his diverse scoring ability. Heading into the weekend, Butler has secured a spot in the top 50 player rankings and we’ll see how high he continues to push.
C.J. Campbell C.J. Campbell 6'7" | SF New Richmond | 2022 State WI – 2022 – W – Wisconsin Playmakers
Cementing himself as a top 25 prospect in the 2022 class, Campbell has impressed this summer. A 6-foot-5 wing who shoots it well from the outside, attacks the bucket, and plays above the rim, there’s a lot to like about Campbell. The New Richmond star really shines when he can get up and down the floor, knocking down spot-up 3’s, going coast-to-coast, or dishing the ball.
Ashton Janowski Ashton Janowski 6'1" | CG Pewaukee | 2022 State WI – 2022 – PG – JH1 Elite
If he plays as well as he did two weekends ago in Appleton, it’s gonna be hard to keep Janowski out of the top 10. Coming back strong after an injury during his sophomore season, Janowski has outstanding pull-up shooting ability. He’s also a natural floor general that gets his teammates involved, dictates the flow of the game, and toys with the defense to get them out of position.
Marshawn Robinson Marshawn Robinson 6'3" | SG Waukesha South | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SG – Milwaukee Sharks
One of the best prospects in the state that few are talking about, Robinson has top 10 potential. A strong, athletic guard with isolation scoring ability, Robinson has blow-by ability and added a nice pull-up jumper to his arsenal. Also a high-motor guard that rebounds, blocks shots, and pushes the tempo, Robinson’s upside continues to have him trending positively.
Donovan Sparks Donovan Sparks 6'3" | SF Nicolet | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SF – Playmakers Showcase South
A new addition to this team, Sparks is a role player for Nicolet right now, but certainly will be a big piece to the puzzle once that roster clears out after next season. A strong, physical prospect, Sparks plays bigger than his size. He’s an adequate slasher, but also a junkyard dog under the rim who battles for second chance opportunities.
Nate Streveler Nate Streveler 6'4" | SG Stevens Point - SPASH | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SG – Wisconsin Blizzard
A stock booster this summer, Streveler had some strong individual scoring efforts to open the grassroots season. Steveler is a sniper with a very quick trigger. He also possesses some deceptive athleticism in the open floor and finishes against contact consistently.
Landon Van Calster Landon Van Calster 6'6" | SF Freedom | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SF – Team 1848
Have Van Calster penciled in for a spot in the top 50 as of now. The Freedom standout is still developing, but there’s a lot of tools here. A long, 6-foot-6 small forward who can shoot and handle the ball, Van Calster has some intriguing mismatch potential.
