These prime time athletes will be ready to shine and be an incredible asset to any college program.That being said, let’s look at 2023’s “Third 10.”.
21. Kaden Brown Kaden Brown 5'10" | PG Grand Rapids Catholic Central | 2023 State MI 5’10″ / PG Grand Rapids Catholic Central
Kaden is going to be an outstanding point guard. He has brilliant handles and he can control the pace of the game. He loves to find his teammates on the break and in half court situations. His basketball IQ is off the charts.
22. Noah Adamczyk Noah Adamczyk 6'0" | PG Bloomfield Hills | 2023 State MI 5’11” / PG Bloomfield Hills
Noah is another point guard to watch. He is not afraid of the moment and it shows on the court. His midrange game is improving and he can’t be left alone behind the three point line. When the game is on the line he will make the right decision.
23. Evan Boyd Evan Boyd 6'3" | PG East Lansing | 2023 State MI 6’2” / PG East Lansing
Evan is a point guard in the making. He is an unselfish point guard. He has solid handles. He is very good at finding his teammates on dribble penetration. He attacked the basket and finished. I saw him play solid defense. He is a leader on the court.
24. Owen Colpaert Owen Colpaert 6'1" | SG Macomb Dakota | 2023 State MI 6”2”/ SG Macomb Dakota
Owen is a silky smooth shooting guard who can dribble with both hands. He has a good midrange game and is also good behind the arc when open. He attacks the rim and finishes well. Solid defensive player who likes to play the passing lanes. Bright future.
25. Tyler Jamison Tyler Jamison 6'4" | SF Port Huron Northern | 2023 State MI 6’4″ / SF Port Huron Northern
Tyler will rise up the ranks in the 2023 class. He is physical, aggressive, attacks the rim, and he has a vast array of shots. He finishes at the basket with his right and left hand. Excellent shooter at both midrange and behind the arc. He is a player to watch.
26. Mitchel Seay Mitchel Seay 6'5" | SF West Bloomfield | 2023 State MI 6’5″ / SF West Bloomfield
Mitchell is a nice small forward with length and sneaky speed. He is smooth on the court. He attacks the rim on his dribble drives and can and will finish. He has a nice mid range game and can also hit shots from behind the arc. He shows a nice basketball IQ on the court. He is also on pace to becoming a defensive stopper.
27. Triston Nichols Triston Nichols 6'2" | SF De La Salle | 2023 State MI 6’2″ / SF De La Salle
Tristan described in one word would be strong. He is a powerful player. Excellent basketball IQ, sees the floor very well. He rebounds, plays defense and block shots. Offensively he is strong around the basketball and will take and hit his midrange and three point shots. Bright` future.
28. Henry Garrity 6’4″ / SF Brother Rice
Garrity is all set to do some outstanding things for Brother Rice. He is an outstanding wing player who can score in a variety of ways. His future is bright and he is only going to get better.
29. Amari Allen Amari Allen 6'2" | PG Hamtramck | 2023 State MI 6’3” /CG Hamtramck
Amarie is an outstanding combo guard who can both score and setup his teammates to score. His basketball IQ is off the charts and he brings a defensive mentality to the game that is not always seen on the high school level. He will be a force to be reckon with.
30. Zavier Banks Zavier Banks 6'6" | SF University Of Detroit Jesuit | 2023 State MI 6’5″ / SF UD Jesuit
Zavier is simple working to become the best player to ever come out of U of D Jesuit and that speaks volumes. With a continued commitment he just might get there. Nice size with length he should develop into a nice defensive player. He has good handles and a solid mid range game. He will attack the rim with both his right and left hand. Nice future in store for Zavier.
