Malachi Murrell Malachi Murrell 6'2" | SF Shadow Hills | 2022 CA-S 6’2 SF Gamepoint 2022 (#112PHSC 2022) – Murrell got on my radar last month in Arizona. He only raised his stock this weekend. The long armed positionless wing grabbed rebounds defended multiple position and showed off his R&J ability with several thunderous dunks.
Alton Dubois 6’2 CG Supreme Court 2021 – You are what you repeatedly do! Dubois repeatedly showed the ability to be a lock down on ball defender. He hawked ballhandlers full court, getting several tips and deflections. In addition to that he showed the ability to knock down open jumpers off catch and shoot, as well as get into the lane, and finish around the rim. He was one of several impressive players for SC.
Lamar Washington 6’4 PG Oregon Prospects 2022 (#1PHO 2022) – IMO Lamar Washington is one of the most slept on players in the country. He was terrific this weekend in his 3 showcase game, averaging over 16 points per. He has a solid handle, can finish in traffic and is a better athlete than people give him credit for.
Jonathan Braggs Jonathan Braggs 6'3" | SG Bishop Gorman | 2021 State NV 6’3 SG The Orangemen 2021 (#11PHN 2021) – Braggs had an impressive weekend. Playing on a loaded Orangemen team he showed off his versatility. He defended multiple positions, knocked down key outside shots and handled under pressure. The Bishop Gorman star is quickly picking up steam on the recruiting trail as several D1’s have recently been in contact.
Isaiah Duve Isaiah Duve 6'1" | CG Galena | 2021 State NV 6’0 CG The Grizzlies 2021 (#35PHN 2021) – I’m a huge Isiah Duve fan. Wired to score, Duve did a tremendous job of getting into the lane and finishing over bigs with his patent floater. More of a combo than pure point he did show the ability to handle against pressure as well as initiate the offense.
Pharrow Compton 6’3 SF LV Panther 2024 – The Panthers have several talented young players. While Compton doesn’t get the same pub as some of the others, he may end up being the best. A long athletic player, he is a good finisher who excels when playing downhill in transition.
