Maleek Simeus 5’10 PG Las Vegas Heat 2026 – It’s always fun to discover young prospects. Simeus is certainly that. He dominated in his time on the floor. What I liked about him most was his ability to play under control despite facing intense defensive pressure, a skill foreign to most young players. Simeus is a PG extreme with the ability to get consistent paint touches and deliver pinpoint passes to teammates. Showed up big in helping the Las Vegas Heat to and undefeated pool play record.
Azavier Johnson Azavier Johnson 6'4" | CG Faith Lutheran | 2021 State NV 6’4 CG Simply Fundamentals 2021 (#9PHN 2021) – Johnson is a clear stockriser that has transformed himself from a good basketball player into perhaps one of the most underrated prospects in his class. At 6’4 he’s a willing passer that can see over the top of the defense, and make accurate passes to teammates whether stationary or off the bounce. He has a high IQ and possesses above average R&J athletic ability, which He showed today, while catching a body in transition.
Tavionte Jackson Tavionte Jackson 6'1" | PG Las Vegas | 2022 NV 6’1 PG Hard 2 Guard 2022 (#5PHN 2022) – The first thing you notice about Jackson is his long arms, the second thing is that he grabs a lot of rebounds for a point guard. Jackson showed a big time handle and elite palymaking ability in helping H2G to an undefeated 16U pool play run.
Marquise Johnson Marquise Johnson 6'2" | SG Trinity Prep | 2022 State NV 6’2 SG Las Vegas Aces 2022 – Johnson, who apparently wasn’t known as a shooter, changed that perception with a remarkable shooting display on Saturday. The 6’2 wing showed good form, and a quick release, knocking down shots from not only behind the arc, but the mid range as well.
Steven Cervantes 5’10 PG Las Vegas Olympians 2021 (#37PHA 2021) – Cervantes came into town and promptly begin slicing up defenders. Good shooter with a slick handle, he helped LVO advance to the Semifinals on the 17U division.
Lorenzo Moore Lorenzo Moore 6'5" | PF Canyon Springs | 2022 State NV 6’4 PF Hard 2 Guard 2022 (#29PHN 2022) – Moore came, saw and grabbed every available board. He used his frame and freakishly long arms to control both backboards. The best out of area rebounder on the day, Moore helped lead a stacked H2G team to an undefeated pool play record.
Xakime Milton Xakime Milton 5'8" | PG Centennial | 2021 State NV 5’9 PG LMBA Elite 2021 (#58PHN 2021) – Milton used his handle, speed and quick first step to help LMBA to a gritty win. Time and time again he got to the basket and finish through contact as LMBA survived in a double OT battle against a tough Feetz Squad.
Midate Mou Midate Mou 6'1" | SG Trinity | 2021 State NV 6’1 SG Simply Fundamentals 2021 – Mou did it on both ends of the floor. He was an irritant on defense who used his length to harass ballhandlers, and his quickness to get in the lane and finish for himself. Mou and Johnson formed a formidable 1-2 punch in leading SFBA into the Semi’s
