Elijah Mattingly – 6’6 PF 2022 – Central Christian Academy (IN) / Men of the Family 2021
Mattingly is a tall and lanky forward. Runs the floor real well and is quicker than most PFs at his level. Showed off some great ability to rebound and handle the ball. Did most of his scoring in the post area but showed that he can step out and shoot the jumper as well. Going to need to start adding strength sooner rather than later but he is a skilled 4 already.
AJ Roseman – 5’10 PG/SG 2022 – Indianapolis Bishop Chatard (IN) / Team Future 2022
Roseman was one of the best guards I saw over the weekend. Fast and smart with his decisions on and off the ball. Sharpshooter and was excellent shooting the 3 off the catch. One of the best things he did was step up and make plays on defense. If he does not grow a bit some more that could become an issue long term but as of right now his size is not holding him back from being a playmaker. Really like the way Roseman plays and he should start getting some more eyes on him.
Brandon Smith – 6’5 PF 2022 – Decatur Central (IN) / Team Future 2022
Smith is a big and strong power forward who is just so dominant at times. Provided a ton of scoring in the post and was so powerful and explosive with the ball down there. Defensive wise he made it tough to score down low. Tried to shoot the 3 a few times but was not really connecting on them so outside shot will need some more work. Overall, Smith showed that he can compete at a high level.
J.J. Louden J.J. Louden 6'4" | PG Desert Valley Prep | 2022 NV – 6’4 SG 2022 – Pike (IN) / EG10 2022
Louden is a bigger guard who is tough to beat when he is locked in. Pretty aggressive going to the rim in the game I saw. Had a few steals that led to easy fastbreak buckets. His jumper was hitting and overall his offense looked pretty balanced. Should see him takeoff at anytime now.
Ryan Conwell Ryan Conwell 6'2" | SG Pike | 2022 State #155 Nation IN – 6’2 PG 2022 – Pike (IN) / EG10 2022
Conwell is a tough guard that has a ton of athleticism. Real shifty at times and is quick on his feet. Really loves to drive but is a great shooter as well. A true combo guard that cannot only score but can set up his teammates for scoring too. Real impressed with Conwell and think he has the ability to be high end prospect in his class.
Bryce Williams Bryce Williams 6'1" | PG Fishers | 2022 State IN – 6’1 PG 2022 – Fishers (IN) / Men of the Family 2021
Williams is a slightly built guard that has a lot of quickness with the ball. Was playing up and showed that he can hang with tougher competition. He is great in the lane but also a pretty capable shooter as well. Has the size already and should still grow some more. Smart prospect that is bound to takeoff.
Matt Zdanowicz – 6’1 SG/SF 2022 – Crown Point (IN) / Indiana Game Premier 2022
Zdanowicz is a taller wing with a good amount of athleticism. Plays really good defense right now and stole the ball a few times. Pretty well balanced offense and showed that he can score at all the 3 levels. Really love how he follows his shot. If Zdanowicz can continue to play hard like he over the weekend, he should be able to play at the next level.
Nick Mikash Nick Mikash 6'4" | SF Kankakee Valley | 2022 State IN – 6’4 SF 2022 – Kankakee Valley (IN) / Indiana Game Select 2022
Mikash is a solid wing with some size and versatility. Athletic, strong, quick, and pretty much a well-rounded player overall. Real good scorer on the baseline with his ability to shoot and drive from there. His post moves and footwork are at a high level already. Love his physical and aggressive play. Real solid showing from Mikash over this past weekend.
