Dae’Quan Davis (North Lawndale – 2021)
Davis was a dominant wing scorer in this game for Illinois Outwork. He ultimately drilled the game winning three in overtime at the buzzer. Power and athletic wing that crashes the glass strong for second chance points. Had several impressive moves off the bounce including a baseline reverse layup, runner, and more. His jumper was a major threat as well. Drilled mid-range jumpers throughout the contest along with a couple threes. Gets elevation on his shot with a clean release. Will debut with a lofty ranking in our next update.
Jesus Perez Jesus Perez 5'10" | PG Morton | 2021 State IL (Morton – 2021)
Perez was equally as impressive from the point guard position. The 5’10” lead guard is a fast guard with crisp ball handling. Has the rock on a string keeping the defense off balance all game long. Got to the rim several times including utilizing a slick euro step. His three point shot was outstanding. Drilled five from beyond the arc most creating on his own.
Shallah Davis (Argo – 2022)
Davis stands at 6’3” and this wing can also shoot the basketball. Quality mid-range shooter that stretched it out to three on a couple of occasions. Flies in on the offensive glass. He had one impressive coast to coast take going through the defense.
Armoni Flowers (Morton – 2022)
Flowers is a lefty wing that was excellent getting on the glass from his guard spot. Mid-range jump shot was a plus part of his game. Also got to the free throw line.
Josh Dowdell (Morton – 2021)
Dowdell sent the game to OT with a tip in. The 6’3” small forward did most of his damage on the offensive glass. He had four put backs in the game along with a power drive. Quality athlete.
