Omaha- The first full day of action in the #HardWorkSZN classic, some new names that I hadn’t seen or talked about before stood out with some good performances. After a long day of hoops out at the UBT Sports Complex, here are some new names for Nebraska high school basketball enthusiasts to know.

I will just come out and say that Sam HastreiterSamHastreiter6'6" | PFLincoln Pius X | 2022StateNE is criminally underrated in our site’s 2022 rankings, and deserves a bump soon. Buy his stock now, because it will certainly swing upwards very soon. Sam is an athletic forward, who would make a skilled perimeter player at the next level. He has bounce, as well as a good looking stroke from three-point range. His passing also stood out to me throughout the day. Coaches should be reaching out to him very soon.
