One Player To Watch: Leland Walker Leland Walker 5'11" | PG North Central | 2022 VA
Leland Walker Leland Walker 5'11" | PG North Central | 2022 VA doesn’t have a lot of strength on him, but he has so much toughness, that he just refuses to be beaten. He has a high basketball IQ, and he always seems to be improving his game. He is a top-level shooter who can knock down threes with ease. He can also drive the ball really well, and he knows how to take what is available rather than forcing things. He is going to be a fun player to watch this summer.
One Player We Need To See More: Dayveon Turner Dayveon Turner 5'11" | PG Arsenal Tech | 2022 State IN
Dayveon Turner Dayveon Turner 5'11" | PG Arsenal Tech | 2022 State IN is a long guard who can handle the ball and shoot with range. As of now, his jumper is really inconsistent, so we need to see if he is able to improve his release to improve his consistency. Over the past season, he has really grown into his role as an off-ball slasher, and he still has plenty of potentials to improve in his game. If he can add a little more strength to improve his slashing ability and gain much more consistency on his jumper, he could really increase her stock.
One Player That Should Surprise: Peter Suder Peter Suder 6'5" | SG Carmel | 2022 State #227 Nation IN
Peter Suder Peter Suder 6'5" | SG Carmel | 2022 State #227 Nation IN has improved every game that he has taken the floor. He has always struggled with the consistency for his shot, but he has worked out the kinks and is shooting it much better. He has also gotten much more aggressive with the ball in his hands. He looks to score every touch, and with his improved jumper, he becomes more multi-dimensional than ever. He is going to surprise quite a few people this summer with all of the improvements that he has made to his game.
