- Although Ramos struggled in the first half of both games, he absolutely caught fire in the second half of each contest scoring 15 points and 12 points. He’s a three-level scorer who can find his way to the rim or nail deep-range shots from beyond-the-arc. Even on his off days Ramos is putting up big-time numbers and creating open shots for his teammates.
2021 SG Shane Johnson (6-2) – San Antonio Johnson
- In the first game against ProSkills Austin, Shane Johnson showed his scoring prowess by hitting 3 three-pointers and totaling 11 points. Johnson has a pretty shot and can catch fire at any moment. He plays physical and will attack the basket with the ball in his hands. Is also aggressive on the offensive glass.
2021 SG Keilon Johnson (6-4) – Madison
- Keilon Johnson was one of the better on-ball defenders in the invitational, setting a physical edge and not letting anyone by him. He plays with aggressive energy and knows how to use his big frame on both offense and defense. Had 9 and 10 points in the two matchups for Next Level Raiders. Does a great job bringing down rebounds, including 6 total that he gobbled up between the two games.
2021 PF Seth Thomas (6-7) – San Antonio Reagan
- Thomas had a great second game versus THP Blue, recording a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds. He does a great job of using his length to his advantage and was battling for boards all tournament long. Thomas is also a soft finisher at the rim who can fight through contact.

2023 SF Malik Presley Malik Presley 6'6" | SF San Marcos | 2023 State #108 Nation TX (6-6) – San Marcos
- Presley has been on a tear during the summer circuit and continued to play a high-level during the invitational. In game one versus THP White, Presley put up 16 points and 9 rebounds, then followed it up with an 18 point, 7 rebounds performance in game two against ProSkills Austin. He continues to impress with his ability to clean up boards and finish in the mid-range and paint.

- Another breakout star during the invitational, Taylor scored from all three levels and was a lethal shooter from beyond-the-arc. He has a smooth release with his shot and can go downhill and finish through contact at the rim. Taylor finished with 14 points in game one and followed it with an 11 point performance in game two.
2023 PG Kaden Gumbs Kaden Gumbs 6'2" | PG San Marcos | 2023 State TX (6-1) – San Marcos
- Although Gumbs didn’t score much in this invitational, he did everything else on the court at a high level. Gumbs does a great job of running an offense and picks his spots and shots selectively. Has great court vision and finds open teammates. Is also a really good defender who does a great job creating turnovers off deflections.
2023 C Josh Jones Josh Jones 6'10" | C St. Michael's | 2023 State TX (6-8) – Austin High
- Jones was tough in the paint during the two matchups, and he was an effect rim protector and weapon on offense. Jones does a great job of boxing out opponents and battling for boards, and if giving second chances opportunities he quickly cleans them up with his soft touch in the low-post.
