The event was run by OTR Exposure and here are my standouts from the 2022 class pt 1.
Aaron Williams 6’1” PG | Hightower HS [Missouri City, TX] 2022
Aaron continues to grow as a point guard. He played with pace and controlled the speed of the game. He was poised and controlled the flow of the game in the half-court set. Solid in the pick-n-roll sets and got his teammates involved in the game.
Lavar Johnson 6’7” F | CE King [Houston, TX] 2022
Super active around the rim. He runs the lane really well. Played with high energy every single game. He was really solid on the court and didn’t back down from no one. He was the only player who was like I don’t know any of you guys in here and I’m going to get mine.
Trey Miller 6’1” PG | Concordia Lutheran [Tomball, TX] 2022
This prospect is a pitbull on the defensive end of the court. He tried to body a guy, as he is more explosive around the rim and has increased his bounce. He got everyone involved in the game as a floor general. His mid-range game is tough and continues to improve on his outside jumper.
Adam Stewart 6’11” C | Concordia Lutheran [Tomball, TX] 2022
A rebounder that is way more physical than he used to be. He was able to get a lot of easy buckets as he cleaned house on the offensive glass. Continues to make strides in the right direction.
Chancellor White Chancellor White 6'6" | SG Richmond Foster | 2022 State TX 6’6” SF | Foster HS [Richmond, TX] 2022
Good feel for the game. When he’s in a rhythm good luck stopping him. Attacked the lane and finished around the rim. Very vocal on the court. He is a bouncy wing that plays inside and out. A solid on-ball defender who can guard bigger point guards, two guards, and combo forwards.
Vincent Iwuchukwu Vincent Iwuchukwu 7'0" | C Southern California Academy | 2022 #22 Nation CA-S 6’11″ C | Wagner HS [San Antonio, TX] 2022
Big Vince is a really solid prospect. He was the best big at the entire camp. He plays above the rim on every opportunity that he has. He was altering and swatting shots all over the court. It’s easy to see why he is touted as a national prospect. Long and wiry big whose game continues to improve offensively and is starting to stretch his game out to the perimeter.
