Jaylen Ray Jaylen Ray 6'4" | SF White Knoll | 2021 State SC (2021) – White Knoll HS (Lexington) Carolina Pressure 2021 (pictured on the front)
Ray was all over the floor in his play for the Carolina Pressure 2021. Ray has great length and really can play active in the passing lanes. Ray connected on some mid-range jumpers and was able to defend multiple positions on the floor. Ray plays a great role on this team as a guy who can step up and hit a big shot or make a big play on the floor.
Jameel Brooks Jameel Brooks 6'8" | PF Moravian Prep | 2021 State NC (2021) – York Comprehensive HS – Carolina Pressure 2021
Brooks is still improving and has really made good progress since seeing him in January at the MLK Bash in Rock Hill. Brooks still has his best basketball in front of him. Brooks has a great lengthy frame and good shoulders. Brooks made a nice 1 drop-step turnaround to finish a dunk. Brooks 6’8 stays inside the paint and plays more aggressive now than in the past. Brooks still must keep working on his free throw shooting down the road.
Marshall Myers Marshall Myers 5'11" | PG Cheraw | 2021 State SC (2021) – Cheraw HS – Big Shots Elite SC Premier
Myers has been so consistent over the years in his play. Myers has the ability to get the ball into the lane or find the open man. Myers can really keep you honest with his ability to hit shots out on the perimeter. Myers will close in 1,000 points early in the season next year after sitting out his sophomore year. Myers has strong academics in the classroom and is extremely coachable on the floor.
Tyus Johnson Tyus Johnson 5'11" | PG Lugoff-Elgin | 2021 SC (2021) – Lugoff-Elgin HS – SC Ballers Elite
Johnson has a change of address for next season. Johnson a point guard will be playing at Lugoff-Elgin HS for the Demons. Johnson recently attended Ridge View HS before transferring over. Johnson was able to get the ball to the basket and find the open man. Johnson should be handed the keys to the Demons offense this season.
