Prospect University Academy 2022 Guard Rowan Brumbaugh: A pass first PG with an outstanding IQ and natural feel for the game, you have to love what he brings to the court. He doesn’t turn the ball over often, is an outstanding passer and doesn’t get speed up by defenders.
Big Shots Elite 2023 Guard Tremayne Parker: If you didn’t know already, this young man has High Major prospect potential which was on full display. Scoring the ball comes easy for him, he can knock down shots or blow by his man to make plays above the rim. One of the top plays of the entire event was a buzzer beater that he knocked down from just behind the three point line.
Team Curry 2021 Forward Jonas Aidoo Jonas Aidoo 7'0" | C Liberty Heights | 2021 State #89 Nation NC : More HM programs should go ahead and start to give him a call as his stock will only contiue to rise over the next few months. He’s close to 7 foot and can make plays from all over the court, including knocking down the outside shot from midrange and deep. On the defensive side of the ball he’s an outstanding paint protector, blocking and altering shots at a high level.
Tea Marie 2021 Wing Dontrez Styles Dontrez Styles 6'7" | PF Kinston | 2021 State #43 Nation NC : He took some time to get going due to the fact that this was his first grassroots event of the year. In their 2nd game he showed why he is the #1 player in the state, going for 20 Points in the first half. He understands how to get his shot off against all types of defensive pressure and doesn’t seem to get rushed into anything.
Juice All-Stars 2021 Wing Saiquone Harris Saiquone Harris 6'6" | CG Garner | 2020 State NC : D1 programs needs to be giving this young man a call ASAP! Just about every week he has shown that he can compete with the best and this week was no different. He attacked the basket but also showcased his ability to knock down shots.
Big Shots Select 2021 Forward BJ Freeman: Certain players just seem to find ways to score the ball and that’s the case for BJ. He does a nice job of not only scoring the ball but also getting rebounds and pushing it out into transition.
