Evans will return in 2020-21 looking to lead the way once again after putting up 16.0 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 3.5 apg and 1.8 spg during his junior season for Green Hope. He’s a guard that’s efficient scoring the ball (52% shooting in 2019-20) in the paint and unselfish when attacking the defense with his athleticism. He’ll be a name to watch in the 919 area in 2020-21.
Tre Morgan Tre Morgan 6'8" | PF Green Hope | 2021 State NC | 6’8 Forward | Green Hope | 2021
Morgan had a productive 2019-20 for the Falcons in the frontcourt, averaging 8.3 ppg, 7.2 rpg and 1.3 bpg. He’s got nice length at 6-foot-8 that he uses well when he’s on the hardwood. As he learns to make an impact on the defensive end on every play, he’ll be a prospect to look out for at Green Hope.
Rodney Ellis | 5’10 Guard | Knightdale | 2021
Ellis flew under the radar this past season for the Knights while leading them in scoring (13.0 ppg), assists (6.4 apg) and steals (2.8 spg). As he shows he can knock down the 3-point shot with efficiency, he’ll start to get some college attention. Taylor is an emerging forward in the 2021 class that’s still developing as a threat in the frontcourt at Knightdale. He put up 8.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest in 2019-20 during his junior season. As he continues to find ways to use his size and length on the floor, he’s another prospect to keep an eye on for the Knights in the 919 area.
Evan Abolins | 6’1 Shooting Guard | Sanderson | 2021
Abolins played a solid role in the Sanderson rotation in 2019-20 and with some senior departures, he’ll be looked upon to play a bigger role in 2020-21. He averaged 7.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game this past season as a junior on the wing. He shot with volume from the 3-point line, shooting 36-of-108 (33 percent) from behind the arc. He’ll be a sharpshooter to watch in the 919 this upcoming season.
