The Greater Spokane League (GSL) and Mid Columbia Conference (MCC) are just a couple of the many leagues with talented and hard working college prospects. Follow the links highlighted for part one and part two. Below is part three of some of the names to know out of Eastern Washington in the 2021 (rising senior) class.
2021 6’5 CG Logan Kinloch Logan Kinloch 6'5" | CG West Valley | 2021 State WA (West Valley HS) is a really solid player with a nice mixture size and skill in his 6’5 frame. The lefty can hit the three ball, midrange or drive and attack to score. He will need to get stronger for the next level, but he is definitely one of the better college prospects in his area.
2021 6’2 CG Sam Phillips Sam Phillips 6'2" | CG Cashmere | 2021 State WA (Cashmere HS) has a grittiness to his game that every team needs. Phillips can do a little bit of everything on the court with his ability to shoot it, pass and defend. He would be an outstanding small college prospect.
2021 6’4 PG Steven Westermeyer Steven Westermeyer 6'4" | PG Kamiakin | 2021 State WA (Kamiakin HS) has great size at the point guard position. He is not blazing quick, but his vision, handle and basketball IQ is all there to truly play the point guard position. Westermeyer is an overlooked recruit that could play at the Division 2 level.
2021 6’0 PG Jose Reyes Jose Reyes 6'0" | PG Davis | 2021 State WA (Davis HS) is quick, tough and skilled at the point guard position! Reyes is an above average athlete that can make plays all over the floor, which comes as no surprise as he is also a standout football player. He could fit in really well at some small colleges.
