Continue ReadingWashington State has seen a ton of success with in-state players over the years and most recently, NBA draft prospect CJ Elleby as well as 2019 O’Dea High School graduate, Noah Williams. WSU is continuing the trend of heavily targeting top in-state prospects with their recent offers made to some of the top up and coming juniors in the state.

Tyler Linhardt Tyler Linhardt 6'7" | PF King's | 2022 State #192 Nation WA ranks as the number one prospect in the state’s 2022 class and he also is ranked as the 139 prospect nationally by Prep Hoops. The 6’7 power forward is a versatile swing forward that can play the 3-5 at the 1A level for King’s High School, but he projects as more of a 3 or stretch 4 at the college level. He is capable of knocking down the three in pick and pop situations, but he is even more impressive creating space using the dribble and then pulling up with an effortless stroke from three. Linhardt is never the quickest player on the floor, but he is intelligent, skilled and productive. His other offers include Washington, Boise State and Eastern Washington. Linhardt is on the Seattle Rotary 16u EYBL squad. *Feature image
Maleek Arington Maleek Arington 6'3" | PG Auburn | 2022 State WA is ranked as the number 11 overall prospect in Washington’s 2022 class and number two at the point guard position. Arington reportedly received the news of his offer from WSU via FaceTime after attending the Boss of Ball Showcase this past weekend. His one other offer is from Montana of the Big Sky. The 6’1 point guard will play his club ball for the Seattle Stars 17u team.
Tre Blassingame Tre Blassingame 6'5" | SG Auburn | 2022 State WA is the third player in the last 72 hours to have an offer extended from Washington State University. His versatility on the wing stands out for a such a young player as he has good footwork, solid shooting form and the ability to make plays off the bounce.
