To take advantage of this, we have started to add these videos to players in Oregon in the Class of 2021 at all different levels. Here’s a look at four more players whose profiles have recently been updated, all of whom will be playing together for the International Elite AAU program.
Prospect: Jonah Zeller Jonah Zeller 6'9" | C Catlin Gabel | 2021 State OR
HS: Catlin Gabel
Height/Position: 6-10 – Power Forward / Center
PrepHoops Oregon Class of 2021 Ranking: #27
Video Added to Site (courtesy of BBallDream.com): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMfwsPhCDVo
Analysis: Zeller is a mobile big man that continues to get better as a player each year at Catlin Gabel. He runs the floor very well and is a great finisher as a trailer in transition. At 6-foot-10 you expect him to be a factor on defense and in these clips he showcases his shot-blocking ability. Zeller has a very nice touch on his perimeter jumper and is particular dangerous around the elbow area, whether it is on quick catch-and-shoot opportunities or a spin move to his left for an open shot. Zeller has already earned a D-II offer from Concordia-St. Paul and more schools are monitoring his progress.
Prospect: Kell Estep Kell Estep 6'4" | CG Sunset | 2021 State OR
HS: Sunset
Height/Position: 6-4 – Combo Guard
PrepHoops Oregon Class of 2021 Ranking: #33
Video Added to Site: http://www.hudl.com/v/2DDewX
Analysis: Estep is one of the better shooters/scorers in the rising senior class. At 6-foot-4 he’s got good size for a combo guard and from the clips, it’s clear that he can knock down shots from range. He can either launch immediately after catching the ball or use a couple of dribbles to free himself from the defender, with his comfort level going to his left. Estep can also create his own shot and either pull-up from mid-range or take it to the basket and as a junior, became more efficient with the amount of dribbling he would do. Not purely a scorer, he is also a capable passer who will find guys cutting to the hoop for open layups.
Prospect: Nate Mouzong Nate Mouzong 6'0" | CG Mountainside | 2021 State OR
HS: Mountainside
Height/Position: 6-1 – Point Guard
PrepHoops Oregon Class of 2021 Ranking: #78
Video Added to Site: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/10483984/5e49dca8bd754f05c827ded6
Analysis: Mouzong is a pure point guard and it’s always refreshing to see a highlight reel featuring a prospect’s passing. A tremendous athlete, the 6-foot-1 Mouzong is very light on his feet and is seemingly looking to attack the basket at every opportunity. He has a real knack and feel for finding the open man, often with bullet-speed passes to open guys down low. Mouzong can score a little, mainly using his athleticism to score around the hoop. He’s reticent to shoot the outside shot but as you can tell from the film his form isn’t that bad. A track star, he’s a blur in the open floor and because of this speed can recover quickly on defense.
Prospect: Aiden Grady Aiden Grady 6'7" | PF Westview | 2021 State OR
HS: Westview
Height/Position: 6-6 – Power Forward
PrepHoops Oregon Class of 2021 Ranking: #80
Video added to site: http://www.hudl.com/v/2DVkzT
Analysis: Grady was a real find in the post for Westview this season. The 6-foot-6 rising senior knows how to establish position down low and utilizes great footwork to free himself for open looks at the basket and he knows how to do things such as utilize the rim to block off defenders. In this film he doesn’t show much in terms of a face-up shot but he has a very soft touch around the cup. Grady runs the floor fairly well and can finish at the rim. He will need to add strength for the next level but he currently projects as a great small college post prospect.
