Today we will look at numbers 21-30. Keep in mind that this list will cover the classes of 2021-2023. It’s a huge compliment to be anywhere on this list, as all 40 players have the look of a D1 prospect. In addition, it’s generally easier to rank the upperclassmen higher simply because we’ve seen more. Please leave comments and what your version of the list would look like!
