In this edition of “The Breakdown” we take a look at some guys who although they are all sub 6’0 they definitely fit that mold.
Demarcus Thompson Demarcus Thompson 5'11" | PG Mae Jemison | 2021 State AL 5’11 Mae Jemison: A scoring pg that can fill it up. His ability to shoot the basketball and put pressure on defenses in transition is what most stands pout about his game. Looking for a very productive senior year out of this rising prospect.

Dequarrian Ezell Dequarrian Ezell 5'11" | PG Huffman | 2021 State AL , 5’11 Huffman: Though he is sub 6’0 he is a load. He is put together very well and uses his body to finish through contact and handle the physical play required to run a team from the pg position.

Quandre Burroughs Quandre Burroughs 5'9" | PG Clarke Co. | 2021 State AL , 5’9 Clarke County: A lightning-quick pg who can really fill it up and shoot the basketball of the dribble with off the bus type range. His quick-twitch motions and crafty handle allows him to create the space needed to score over bigger defenders.

Bo Barber Bo Barber 5'11" | PG Homewood | 2021 State AL , 5’10 Mountain Brook: The recent transfer to powerhouse Moutain Brook is a legit college prospect. His toughness coupled with his shooting ability and handle has him considered one of the top 10 point guards in the state.

Cameron Silmon Cameron Silmon 5'10" | PG Fultondale | 2021 State AL , 5’10 Fultondale: Speed and ability to get to the painted area is probably this prospects best assets. He is a nightmare in transition with his ability to put pressure on the painted area and has the passing ability to find teammates where they can be successful.
