Joey Finley 6’6 Forward Palma HS (Salinas, CA)
Finley a two sport athlete (Football) is an imposing strong prospect, with a solid body, he works on both end of the court. He’s constantly working to get rebounds, he’s strong inside on the putbacks and finishes with both hands around the rim. He has an improving jump shot at the mid-range level. He’s capable of expanding his games beyond the post. A good low post defender who’ll throw his body around to enforce his paint presence.
Nate Jean Pierre 5’10 Point Guard Palma HS (Salinas, CA)
Pierre a skilled guard with playmaking abilities, he has the tools a point guard should have. He has the handles and quickness to get by defenders, good vision passing, and he shows calmness when he’s running the point position. He’s used primarily as a combo at Palma because of his ability to score, and get inside, he can attack from most angles on the court and hit jumpers. When he becomes more assertive on the offensive end he’ll raise his stock. His footspeed allows him to stay in front of defenders.
Evan Johnson Evan Johnson 6'0" | PG Stevenson | 2022 State CA-N 6’0 Point guard, Stevenson HS (Pebble Beach, CA)
Like many of the top prospects in this area Johnson is a standout football player. The athletic Johnson is a strong, fast player on the court with a good skill set. Good handles, he pushes fast in transition and attacks the rim aggressively. He’s capable of producing solid numbers. His 9.2 ppg, 6.4 rebs, 2.6 asts, and 1.2 stls a game, was second best on a team that tied for second in the PC Mission League. A good strong attacker from different angles and can handle the contact.
Tobenna Ezeokeke Tobenna Ezeokeke 6'3" | PG Christopher | 2022 State CA-N 6’3 Point Guard, Christopher HS (Gilroy, CA)
Ezeokeke is still developing his skills as a point guard, he already has a solid and strengthening frame. He has the height to survey the floor in transition, does a good job getting the team settled in halfcourt, shows good vision and a willing passer, he can take it strong on the drive. Consistency is the key for him. A good rebounding guard. 8.5 ppg, 5.5 reb
Ellison Yufenyuy 5’10 Guard, Gilroy HS (Gilroy, CA)
Yefenyuy a muscular guard who has good speed, and lateral movement to hound ball handlers in open court. A tenacious defender who can guard multiple positions because of his strength. He can defend taller players on the block, and quicker players on the perimeter, he’s a good rebounding guard, he averaged 5.3 boards agame. Offensively he continues to develop his guard skills, nonetheless he’s a strong finisher on the drive and can handle the contact. 5.5 ppg.
