In the last week and a half, I have been adding more and more videos to a variety of player’s profiles across all classes. This is big news as Prep Hoops continues its mission of bringing prospects of all levels to colleges of all levels as well. More videos have been embedded into 2022 player’s profiles and below are four more that have been featured on the site.
2022 6’7 PF Tyler Linhardt Tyler Linhardt 6'7" | PF King's | 2022 State #192 Nation WA (King’s HS – Seattle Rotary)
- Strong rebounder on the defensive side as he uses his body well to shield off opposing players and he chins the ball to secure possession. Capable of grabbing the rebound on one end and bringing it up the floor to initiate half court offense. Deceptively good off the bounce. Linhardt has a smooth shooting stroke and uses crafty finishes around the basket. Posted 28-10 in the highlighted game against 4A state champion, Mt. Si.
2022 6’7 SF Quin Patterson Quin Patterson 6'7" | SF Mount Si | 2022 State WA (Mt. Si HS)
- Outstanding shooting stroke with a high release that will translate to the next level. Showed some ability to shoot off the bounce in the video, but he is a borderline elite catch and shoot three point shooter at 6’7. Patterson fits well into the team concept and can score as a slasher off the ball or he is great for floor spacing and kick outs.
2022 5’7 PG Earl Riley Earl Riley 5'9" | PG Franklin | 2022 State WA (Franklin HS)
- Ultra quick and scrappy point guard with elite court vision and basketball IQ. Very small on the court, which many would see as a disadvantage, but he finds ways to make it his advantage on the court. Riley is excellent in the open court scoring or passing and he can also knock down the three pointer.
2022 6’1 CG Claysen Delp Claysen Delp 6'1" | CG Zillah | 2022 State WA (Zillah HS) *Feature image
- This video in particular highlights Delp’s outstanding shooting ability within Zillah’s usual high octane offense. Catch and shoot three pointers are typically money when the 6’1 guard puts it up.
