All day Sunday I attended Justin Vargas Future Elite Summer League which was held 4 days (2 weekends) at Skyline Prep in Phx.

There were exactly 64 players in the league with 8 teams and 8 on each team. I had the pleasure of watching the Elite-8, Final-4 and Finals on Sunday.

Unfortunately I missed watching some of the players as they had prior AAU commitments they had to be a part of, but I saw 50+ of the 64 players.

I will do my categories that I think most of players fit in. Some of the players may have been great the other 3 days but when I watched on Sunday, they weren’t as productive, so they may not be a part of the 49.

Let’s move over to the top scorers:

Mark Brown JrMarkBrown Jr5'10" | PGMountain Pointe | 2023State#148NationAZ (Mountain Pointe)

-A strong and stocky scorer from all 3 levels. He can shoot it with range, pull-up off the dribble or take it hard to cup and finish. He also is starting to make plays for his teammates.

Jason Fontenet JrJasonFontenet Jr6'3" | PGSt Mary's | 2023StateAZ (St. Mary’s)

-A bigger scoring PG has a nasty pull-up from elbow and in. He keeps him improving his 3-ball
