#1 Zaharee Maddox Zaharee Maddox 6'0" | PG Davie County | 2022 State NC | 6’0 PG | Davie
Maddox stepped up big this season as he had to grow up fast in the Davie County rotation and he fared well, as their leading in scoring, assists and rebounds in 2019-20. He’s a true point guard that can fill up the stat sheet as long as his team earns a victory. He holds offers already from High Point, Penn State and others.
#2 Nolan Hodge Nolan Hodge 6'6" | SF Northern Guilford | 2022 State NC | 6’3 G | N. Guilford
Hodge is an explosive prospect on the wing at 6-foot-3 that can make plays for himself and others. He produced 14.3 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 2.7 apg and 1.5 spg in 2019-20 as a sophomore while shooting 39 percent from 3-point range (48-of-123). He’s an outside-inside threat in the rotation at Northern Guilford. He’s prospect in the Greensboro area to keep an eye on.
#3 James Wilkins III James Wilkins III 6'1" | PG Asheville School | 2022 State NC | 6’3 G | Calvary Day School
Wilkins is a combo guard that has a natural ability to run the offense and get easy buckets on every possession. He does well to control the pace with his ability to handle and create off the bounce. As he develops his outside shot, he’ll be an all-around threat to keep eyes on in the Greensboro area.
#4 Gunner Walters | 5’10 PG | Mount Tabor
Walters is an emerging floor general that plays with a high motor on both ends. He’s a quick ballhandler that makes crisp passes and quick moves to make plays for others. On defense, he’s scrappy with his ability to stay in front of the ball and create turnovers. He’s due to have a breakout season in the backcourt at Mount Tabor in 2020-21.
#5 Zion Dixon Zion Dixon 6'0" | CG Glenn | 2022 State NC | 5’10 G | Glenn
Dixon is a combo guard that can distribute and shoot the 3-ball at a high level. He does well to navigate through the defense to his spots on the floor at all three levels to get his points. When he’s not looking to score, he’s getting assists and making sure his team stays on top of things on both ends.
#6 Dawson McAlhany Dawson McAlhany 6'4" | CG Bishop McGuiness | 2022 State NC | 6’4 G | Bishop McGuinness
McAlhany had some adjustments to make while playing a bigger role in 2019-20 for the Villains but it should pay dividends for him in the long run. He’s an athletic slasher that can get to the rim using his length and athleticism. He’s due for a breakout junior campaign in the Greensboro area.
